Our hostess and security agent take us to the Hotel room. They also say we are free to roam certain areas of Pyongyang.
There is plenty of beer and tobacco here, but haven’t seen any marijuana yet. Where’s the hookup for pot in Pyongyang?

I would try a Taxi driver, they know where everything is.
The punisment for it in north korea is HELLA SEVERE. if you’re lucky they’ll deport you, if not they may give you years in prison.
